Shipping policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Please note: During product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume.

Shipping rates and Delivery Information:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States using USPS or UPS.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’re not responsible for shipping delays once your order leaves our facility.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your label is created.

Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, please email us immediately at support@prettyoutloud.com, We’ll do our best to help if your order hasn’t yet shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information to open a claim.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your order arrives damaged or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@prettyoutloud.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right!

International Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not yet available, but we hope to offer it soon.

Preorders:

If an item is marked as a preorder, please note the estimated shipping date listed in the product description. Preorder dates are approximate and subject to change.
